8th & Roast Coffee Co.

Services: Brand Therapy, Website, eCommerce

SITUATION

8th and Roast, one of Nashville's best specialty coffee roasters and coffee shops, needed to grow their brand's footprint and drive growth with updated and optimized web and socials.

CHALLENGE

They were so focused on product quality that it was difficult for them to dedicate internal resources to content creation, posting, engagement, and growing the brand online.

SOLUTION

After a thorough brand review, we rebuilt their website and e-com and trained their internal team on lean content production for blogs, a podcast, email list, socials, and an optimized Google My Business.

 RESULTS

  • eCom sales jumped 230% in the first 18 months

  • Web traffic increased by 192%

  • eCom has a 4.2% conversion rate

  • Quality product led to a 67% returning order rate

  • Local demand paired with upgraded content and SEO has built up over time to an average of 130,000+ relevant impressions per month across all web and socials

Sinema Restaurant + Bar

Services: Website

SITUATION

One of Nashville's most popular restaurants and bars, Sinema was in need of a new website that looked as great as their interiors, showcased the full visual glory of the food, and ranked higher.

CHALLENGE

Differentiating Sinema from Senator Kyrsten Sinema in search was a core focus. We knew this would lead to a lower volume of traffic, but with the right SEO strategy, the traffic would be higher quality.

SOLUTION

Curating the best images and redesigning the clickpath to be big, beautiful, and simple, we rebuilt the site from the ground up to be faster, mobile-friendly, easier to navigate, and SEO optimized.

 RESULTS

  • Irrelevant impressions have decreased 78% while relevant traffic is up 13%.

  • Average Google position has increased 7 places.

  • 927 keywords are now ranking on the first page of Google (an increase of 369 new keywords) with an average 62% click-through since re-launch.

Acme Feed & Seed

Services: Brand Therapy, Website, eCommerce

SITUATION

Located in a landmark historic building in downtown Nashville, ACME is a local favorite: a family-run restaurant and bar with 3 stories, a rooftop, a sushi bar, bbq, live music, and a gift shop.

CHALLENGE

Sometimes when you grow, things break. ACME had grown to the point of internal disruption and needed a brand-focused strategy to align their internal culture with new growth marketing initiatives. For those interested, you can see their old site here.

SOLUTION

Starting with Brand Therapy, we worked together to develop "Where The Locals Go" as the core brand message leading a website refresh, e-com build, and updated marketing strategy.

 RESULTS

  • Event bookings up 20%

  • Online sales up 22%

  • Real-time dashboards showed which marketing efforts drove sales, which went up 11% over the next year.

  • New site generated over 1.2M impressions and 631 keywords ranking on first page of Google with an average of 36% click-through since re-launch.

The Southern Steak & Oyster

Services: Website and eCommerce

SITUATION

One of the finest steakhouses in the Southeast, The Southern had built a brand on great experiences: hickory-smoked steaks, fresh raw oysters, a sparkling, friendly atmosphere, and classic southern fare.

CHALLENGE

Their website told a different story, one that was hard to read on mobile, confusing to navigate, and didn't drive new reservations.

SOLUTION

We rebuilt their site from the ground up with a mobile-first experience, clear calls to action for reservation booking, and an emphasis on images that tell the story of the human experience as well as incredible imagery of the food and optimized menu pages.

 RESULTS

  • Traffic increased 85% within a week of re-launch

  • 604 keywords now rank the site on the first page of Google with an average of 47% click-through since the site was rebuilt and relaunched
